Free local postage for all purchases (except pee trays) as follows:
- By registered mail for net purchases of S$35 and above.
- By regular mail for net purchases below S$35 (Customer may opt for registered mail by paying S$2.30).

Self-collection can either be by cash in exact payment or funds transfer. If funds transfer is preferred, payment must be received prior to item collection. |

Pre-ordering of items where applicable, needs 50% deposit upon ordering (funds transfer only) and the balance 50% to be transferred before items being mailed or by cash if self-collection. |

All items sold are not refundable.

Only clothes and jumpers are exchangeable (excluding those under Clearance or on sale) and exchange is allowed only once. |

|
If the item does not fit, the customer may exchange the item for another size if available, or if not available, for another design or product of same or greater value (customer to top-up price difference). |

Customers are to bear the costs of all postages related to the exchange if done via post. |
|
|
To meet up for exchange, venue is only at Admiralty MRT station.
|
|
|
Exchanges MUST be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Contact us immediately. |

All return items must be returned:

unused and in the original condition;
-
with the wrapper, if any without any kind of alteration done to it; and
-
odor free, unsoiled and without any animal hair on it. |

Dognamite Boutique reserves the right to refuse exchange if any of the above terms is not complied with. |
