Please use a measuring tape to measure your pet's neck SNUGLY (that is, just fitting). Do NOT measure his/her usual collar length!! Extra holes will be added for comfort when the collar is made.
Please note:
The collar is made only after you have placed order, so please choose size as accurately as possible because exchange is only allowed in cases of workmanship defect which is rare.
The jeweled collars are handcrafted in USA and will be posted directly to you from USA. There will not be any self-collection. After you have made payment, it will take approximately 2* weeks for the collar to be made and reach you by post.

If you have other items in the same order, the other items will be sent first. You only need to pay for one-time postage where postage is applicable.
How to care for rhinestones:
While storing your rhinestones, never place them face-to-face because they will easily scratch; always store them separately or place tissue between the rhinestone pieces. To clean the rhinestones, carefully apply a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol.
